Great to see you've entered r free competition. Here's some of the Ts and Cs around the prize draw. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. 

Who may enter: 

1. This free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to residents of any country aged 18 years or over. 

2. People already booked onto a trip with a deposit paid with EverTrek can still enter the competition. However, if you win, the cost would be deducted from a separate trip to the one already booked. Eg, cost of the prize/Kili trek deducted off a Tour du Mont Blanc trip as an example. 

How to enter: 

3. To take part in this Promotion, entrants must register their interest by registering on the EverTrek competition link. Full name & email address must be provided.

4. No purchase necessary and is free to enter. 

5. Only 1 entry is allowed into our system, however additional entries to the prize draw are added for referrals and social shares which are tracked by our software.  Each social share/referral is 1 additional entry into the prize draw calculated by third party software. Maximum 1 prize per person. 

6. The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry. 

Winner selection and notification: 

7. There will be 1 winner for this Promotion as well as runner-up prizes.

8. The winners will be announced on the EverTrek Facebook page LIVE at 12:30 pm on 13th February 2026. We'll be calling the winner on the LIVE so get the phones at the ready. The winner will also be notified by Email and Facebook direct message or reply comment within around three working days of the draw. 

9. The winner will win a full 11-day Kilimanjaro -The Long Way trek as per what's included on the EverTrek website under https://www.evertrek.co.uk/holidays/kilimanjaro-the-long-way. The winner will have to purchase their own international flights as well as travel insurance. 

10. The date will be chosen by EverTrek alongside the winner and will be on one of 2026, 2027 & 2028 trips. This will be discussed with the winner and all efforts will be made to provide a convenient trip date.

Winner selection & notification continued: 

11. To be eligible to claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification message within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
