Great to see you've entered into our free competition. Here's some of the Ts and Cs around the prize draw. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. 

Who may enter: 

1. This free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to residents of any country aged 18 years or over. 

2. People already booked onto a trip with a deposit paid with EverTrek can still enter the competition. However, the cost would be deducted from a separate trip to the one already booked. Eg, cost of the prize/EBC trek deducted off an Everest 3 Passes/Kilimanjaro/Mera Peak trek on a separate trip. 

How to enter: 

3. To take part in this Promotion, entrants must register their interest by registering on the EverTrek registration link. Full name & email address must be provided.

4. No purchase necessary to enter. 

5. Only 1 entry is allowed into our system, however additional entries to the prize draw are added for referrals and social shares which are tracked by our software. The more you share and the more you refer will result in multiple entries into the prize draw. You will get an additional entry for each referred person signed up through your share link. Maximum 1 prize per person. 

6. The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry. 

Winner selection and notification: 

7. There will be 1 winner for this Promotion as well as runner-up prizes.

8. The winners will be announced on the EverTrek Facebook page LIVE at 12:30 pm on 1st October 2026. The winner will also be notified by Email and Facebook direct message or reply comment within around three working days of the draw. 

9. The winner will win a full 15 day trek to Everest Base Camp as per the EverTrek website under https://evertrek.co.uk/holidays/everest-base-camp-trek The winner will have to purchase their own international flights as well as travel insurance. 

10. The date will be chosen by EverTrek alongside the winner and will be on one of 2027, 2028 or 2029 trips. This will be discussed with the winner and all efforts will be made to provide a convenient trip date.

Winner selection & notification continued: 

11. To be eligible to claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification message within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
